The Odesa City Council has announced that modern inclusive self-service information terminals have been installed in all branches of the Administrative Services Center (ASC) in Odesa.
The primary goal of this initiative is to create equal opportunities for all citizens and ensure barrier-free access to administrative services. This new equipment is particularly significant for individuals with disabilities who use wheelchairs and for visitors with visual impairments.
With the help of these information terminals, users can:
- schedule appointments;
- leave feedback on the services received;
- utilize the “Diia” portal and the Unified State Web Portal for electronic services.
- The interface of the terminals is designed to be simple and intuitive, accommodating wheelchair users and individuals with visual impairments.
This represents another step toward digitization and improving the accessibility of administrative services for all population groups.
