The police in Odesa are investigating the details of a fatal accident that took place near Shevchenko Park. A woman driving an Audi hit a man who was crossing the road at an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing.

The incident occurred yesterday, February 9, around 4 PM on Hetman Sahaydachny Boulevard. According to Dmytro Slyuta, head of the transport crimes investigation department at GUNP in the Odesa region, it has been preliminarily established that a 33-year-old female driver struck a man who was crossing the road at an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing. The victim succumbed to his injuries.
