In Odesa, there is a women's career hub called «Vona». This initiative was established to assist women who have suffered from domestic or gender-based violence in finding employment or starting their own business.

By reaching out to the «Vona» hub, women can:

• schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;
• receive a referral from a career advisor for individual counseling with a psychologist to aid in the employment process;
• participate in free professional courses designed to acquire new skills, as well as in training sessions and webinars to enhance communication skills.

«Vona Hub. Odesa» is a collaborative project between the Odesa City Council and the UN Population Fund in Ukraine.
